Omani marble in Kuwait

Omani marble is quarried in the Sultanate of Oman and is the stone our customers ask for most. It comes in two colours: Omani Light, which buyers in Kuwait call Omani Fatah, and Omani Dark, known as Omani Gamej.

Both are beige marbles with a fine, quiet pattern. They match well from tile to tile, which matters on the large open floors and long staircases of Kuwait villas, and their warm tone sits comfortably with the strong daylight here. Because Oman is close, supply is steady and a project can be topped up later in the same stone.

We hold Omani marble in tiles, slabs and staircase steps at our stone yard in Amgara, so you can see the real stock before you order.

Questions about Omani marble

  • What is the difference between Omani Light and Omani Dark?

Both are beige marbles from Oman. Omani Light (Omani Fatah) is paler and very even. Omani Dark (Omani Gamej) is a warmer, deeper beige with a little more cloud in the pattern. Drag the divider above to compare them, or see both at our stone yard.

  • Which tile sizes do you stock?

Omani marble tiles come in 60 × 30, 60 × 60 and 120 × 60 cm. Stock changes, so ask us for the current quantity in each size and colour.

  • How thick are the slabs?

Omani marble slabs come in 2 cm and 3 cm. Thinner slabs suit walls and floors; 3 cm is the usual choice for counters and steps.

  • Can you supply a whole villa, including the stairs?

Yes. We can supply floor tiles, slabs and staircase steps in the same Omani stone, and cut steps and risers to your measurements.

  • Who supplies your Omani marble?

We are an authorised agent in Kuwait for International Marble Company (IMC) and Al Naser Marble, both from the Sultanate of Oman.
